Welcome to our beloved 1906 waterfront farmhouse, set on four peaceful acres along the river. More than a century old, this home is full of original character, unique details, and the charming imperfections that come with a historic property. If you appreciate timeless architecture, river views, and the feeling of stepping back to a simpler pace of life, we think you'll feel right at home.

Spend your mornings with coffee in the sunroom watching the river come to life, enjoy afternoons on the water, and gather around the fire pit as the sun sets. With a private dock, expansive yard, and plenty of room to spread out, this farmhouse was made for creating lasting memories.

OUTDOORS
Driveway & Storage Shed

A large driveway directly in front of the home provides ample parking for your group. The nearby shed contains many of the essentials for enjoying the property and river, including kayaks, paddleboards, life jackets, and a variety of outdoor recreation gear.

The dining room features seating for eight, creating the perfect setting for family meals, celebrations, and shared memories. A bar cart is also available for entertaining.

Main Living Room

The heart of the home features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a remarkable stone fireplace that reflects the farmhouse's historic roots. While the fireplace is not operational, it remains a beautiful centerpiece and reminder of the home's past.

Sitting Room

The sitting room is designed for conversation and connection. Four swivel chairs surround a coffee table, while a dedicated card table invites friendly competition and game nights. River views and double doors leading to the patio make this a favorite gathering space. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the closet.

Primary Bedroom (Main Floor)

This spacious retreat includes a king bed, sitting area, dresser, closet, and dedicated workspace equipped with a monitor, docking station, keyboard, and mouse for guests needing to stay connected.

Upstairs Primary Bedroom

Featuring a queen bed, Smart TV, two closets, and access to a dedicated bathroom nearby, this room serves as the upstairs primary suite.

Guest Bedroom

A comfortable guest room furnished with a queen bed, dresser, bench, and closet.

Children's Rooms

Two connected children's rooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements with multiple trundle beds and a crib, making them ideal for families traveling with kids.

Upstairs Family Room

An additional gathering space upstairs offers two couches, extra seating, and a Smart TV, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax.

BATHROOMS

The home includes three full bathrooms, with one located downstairs and two upstairs. Each is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hair dryers, and other essentials to help make your stay comfortable.

This farmhouse has stood proudly along the river since 1906. While we've worked hard to provide modern conveniences and a comfortable experience, the home reflects its age through unique layouts, original features, and the quirks that make historic homes special. We believe those details are part of its charm and hope you'll enjoy them as much as we do.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
